Tower 1 has already been completed last June, and there will be five towers in total. You can take a look at the complete design of the project here. Of course, many people are very excited about the turnover dates, and we’ve come to know SMDC as a very prompt and dependable company when it comes to their schedule. Hello again everyone! In one of the past entries we shared a short picture tour of Timberland Heights. Well, we visited Timberland Heights again and this time took some pictures of the clubhouse and the land surrounding the clubhouse. Unlike our previous tour, the weather was just splendid! And as you can see in the pictures, the surrounding area is just beautiful to look at, and immediately gives you a very relaxing feeling. It seems that one thing that really sets the Timberland Heights project apart from the rest is the breathtaking location and views. This is a place where you can really watch the sunrise climb from behind the mountains, or just lay back while watching a red sunset sink into the city buildings. You’ll notice in the pictures that the city is near enough to travel to, but also far enough so that you can forget about the stressful city life for a while. This is the Quezon City version of living in an Antipolo or Tagaytay rest-house. Here we share some of the pictures that we took while taking a drive inside Timberland Heights. It seems that Timberland Heights is the closest thing that you can call a “mountain paradise”, and many of the clients that we’ve taken there fall in love with it at first sight. You really have to at least take an opportunity to see it for yourself, enjoy the wide open spaces and the fresh mountain breezes. Take also some time to appreciate the spectacular views, of the city below, and then also of the Sierra Madre Mountains and Laguna de Bay in the distance. It has both nature and the city, the best of both worlds!

After a short drive from Batasan (only about 15-20 minutes), we pass through the guardhouse entrance. It is pretty impressive looking, and gives you a feel for the kind of quality lifestyle this subdivision offers. They say that the overall theme of the project is a kind of Tropical Asian design.

Too bad the weather wasn’t the sunniest today, but we’ll probably take several more tours inside the subdivision in the future, and share better pictures. As you can see, several model houses have already been built for interested clients, however, most of the subdivision is still wide open and free. If there’s one thing I can say to describe the whole subdvision, it’s “green”, very green. Sometimes you won’t believe that you’re still a drive away from the city. It reminds you more of places like Antipolo or Tagaytay instead of Quezon City.

Here’s the Ridgedeck House Model. It’s uniquely designed to take advantage also of sloping terrain, and provides great views especially from the back. In terms of price it’s in between the Hartford and Upland House Models.
