Here are some pictures of Grass Residences Tower 1, which was the first tower to be built and completed on June 2011, with four more towers to go. You can see pictures of the complete design here. Since this project is by the SM Development Corporation, you can be sure that the other towers will also be finished on schedule. This is very important especially since there have been other condominium projects which have suffered from corruption scandals, and which have been delayed for a long time (like the GA Sky Suites in the Quezon Avenue-EDSA corner). In comparison, SMDC has a reputation of excellence, and is trusted by every condominium buyer. I think that given the scale of this project, and its very strategic location, Grass Residences can be considered one of the flagship projects for SMDC.
