Hello everyone! Here are some pictures that we’ve taken just recently of the ongoing construction of Towers 2 & 3 of Grass Residences. Tower 1 has already been completed last June, and there will be five towers in total. You can take a look at the complete design of the project here. Of course, many people are very excited about the turnover dates, and we’ve come to know SMDC as a very prompt and dependable company when it comes to their schedule. For potential buyers, it’s good advice to buy your condominium units even before their construction, so you can take advantage of the low pre-selling prices.
