Timberland Heights Tour

Timberland Heights Gate
Here we share some of the pictures that we took while taking a drive inside Timberland Heights. It seems that Timberland Heights is the closest thing that you can call a “mountain paradise”, and many of the clients that we’ve taken there fall in love with it at first sight. You really have to at least take an opportunity to see it for yourself, enjoy the wide open spaces and the fresh mountain breezes. Take also some time to appreciate the spectacular views, of the city below, and then also of the Sierra Madre Mountains and Laguna de Bay in the distance. It has both nature and the city, the best of both worlds!

After a short drive from Batasan (only about 15-20 minutes), we pass through the guardhouse entrance. It is pretty impressive looking, and gives you a feel for the kind of quality lifestyle this subdivision offers. They say that the overall theme of the project is a kind of Tropical Asian design.

At the crossroads immediately after the guardhouse entrance. Too bad the weather wasn’t the sunniest today, but we’ll probably take several more tours inside the subdivision in the future, and share better pictures. (Take a look at the view surrounding the Timberland Heights clubhouse, in sunnier weather).

As you can see, several model houses have already been built for interested clients, however, most of the subdivision is still wide open and free. If there’s one thing I can say to describe the whole subdvision, it’s “green”, very green. Sometimes you won’t believe that you’re still a drive away from the city. It reminds you more of places like Antipolo or Tagaytay instead of Quezon City.

Here’s the Ridgedeck House Model. It’s uniquely designed to take advantage also of sloping terrain, and provides great views especially from the back. In terms of price it’s in between the Hartford and Upland House Models.

Timberland Heights also has nice touches such as this one, which when operational will be a kind of bubbling artificial spring in the rocks. I think that they really made an effort to complete that Tropical Asian atmosphere, and provide a relaxing escape from the hectic and stressful city life.

Ah, even with the cloudy weather, one still gets to enjoy a spectacular view of the city and the mountains. It’s an impressive sight, and it also gives you a sense of relief that you’re not living “there”, but here in the highlands.

You can also imagine how great the view becomes as night falls, and you get to see all the city lights below. It seems that Filinvest Land has certainly outdid itself with their Timberland Heights project. It’s an absolute pleasure bringing our clients to this place and show them around. Most of them like it immediately. So if you’re interested, the best step is to schedule your tripping with us today!
