Good day! I have been to timberland just once, we wanted to come and do a field visit but I left for my job overseas. I am now deciding if we purchase a lot in Timberland or Nuvali in laguna. Until now we cannot decide where to take because Timberland has a great view but the road is so congested. They say there will be a new road but this road will pass to a residential area I wonder if this road will be constructed. I do not hav an agent yet since its already 7 months when we were there. I am going home soon and we plan to purchase a lot. Can we ask for your professional opinion since you are more informed on this matter? Thank you very much…
